The atmosphere here was surprisingly calm and welcoming, a real respite after a busy travel day. Its definitely a comfortable spot to unwind whether youre passing through or staying a while!

Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Quite and convenient location, clean facility all around!! Staff are attentive and just the right type of friendly. Belgian waffles, cereal, bagels, English muffins, coffee, juice. Sounds like breakfast to me. Although, I would request more fruit. The outdoor pool looks great, I haven’t the pleasure of testing the waters. I spotted a jetted tub, covered. Overall I would give this new owners and new named Inn a 4.5 star rating. Only because breakfast didn’t begin until 7am and there is a slight lack of parking because of the amount of guests.

Above and beyond, STELLAR service! I booked this hotel for my daughter and granddaughter when they got stranded in Seattle after their flight was canceled. The reservation clerk was super helpful and very kind. It was one of the cheaper options, had good reviews, and offered shuttle service. It was challenging to reach them because they were busy and short-staffed, but I still feel their service was well worth a five-star rating. They stayed Saturday night to Sunday morning, so I knew they'd have to arrange a cab for their 6 am flight as the shuttle doesn't operate until 7 am on weekends. When they arrived, it took a minute to get through to arrange the shuttle, but when it arrived the driver was friendly and helpful. Then the night manager offered them a free upgrade to a King room for the difficulty. At 4 have they arranged a shuttle, even though it was outside of the hours the shuttle operated, and offered them fresh fruit, yogurt, a granola bar, coffee, and a juice box outside of breakfast hours. I would like to personally thank the staff that was there for my family. This was a bright spot in a very difficult journey to granny's house.

Professional staff. Got a free upgrade to a luxury room, which saved me $40. I had trouble booking the room, but the manager guided me through the fastest and least expensive choice! The staff once again went above and above when I made a new reservation the following morning and was given the improved accommodation. When visiting the Seattle area, I often exclusively book 4 or 5-star hotels! From now on, I'll only stay at this hotel because the customer service more than makes up for its shortcomings in other areas.

Well, this is the 2nd night , moved rooms first night room was better. This room needs w is scary, heat doesn't work, hole in bathroom ceiling not sure if I'm breathing mold from the moisture, did I say heat doesn't work, heat doesn't work , went to let the front desk know but turned around because I don't want to piss myself off because he is real dry I'm going to let the front desk know on the morning that my throat is itchy and I can't do this room. Making me depressed. I'm going to put some affirmations on and try to feel better, The older gentleman was friendly, smiled and spoke.

Clean rooms, clean outside. Quiet and safe. The laundry room was tiny but it was actually super convenient and coinless. Great staff, really helpful and really accommodating. HEADS UP - It will pop up in the pet friendly section, it isn't actually pet friendly. I felt really bad when I showed up with a dog, but he was an ESA anyway so it was fine. But regular degular pets they don't allow.

Good for the price. Room was clean, and beds pretty comfortable. Breakfast was OK, waffles and biscuits and gravy, and the regular continental stuff. Staff were friendly but disorganized. Hotel is right next to freeway, so there is road noise, but short drive to lots of places to eat, and stores. Would stay again.

Surprised at all these negative reviews. Room was clean, beds were standard motel spring style beds, had TV and had Wi-Fi. Pretty decent for what your paying for. For disclosure the issues we had were that the amenities weren’t properly stocked in the room(soap, towels for more than one person), also they need to seal the gaps on the door/doorframe to prevent small bugs from having the opportunity of entering(which we only saw like 2 over 3 days). lots of vending machine available. You also are in walking distance to Starbucks and jack in the box plus like two local places. Bus stop is located right past the underpass which was nice. Shuttle to and from airport was a huge perk. Would honestly come again.
